NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins 11/01/09 at 12:00:01 am ET, and the Grand Prize winner will be announced on or about 1/15/10. Must be legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and 18 or older to enter. Click Official Rules for eligibility, prize descriptions/restrictions, ARVs, and complete details. Void where prohibited. Contest may be terminated at any time and for any reason at the discretion of www.heavy.com.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The "PPF Football Trivia Game Show" is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Heavy Inc. ("Sponsor"), Buffalo Wild Wings , and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, service providers, prize suppliers, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and Contest agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Game Show, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same households of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve (12)-month period preceding the start of the "Game Show" as defined below) are not eligible to participate. Buffalo Wild Wings is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Contest, the selection of winners or prize fulfillment.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on 11/01/09 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") or thereabouts, and ends on 12/28/09 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "PPF Football Trivia Game Show Period"). Sponsor's Website's clock is the official time keeper for this Contest.

3. HOW TO PLAY: To play the PFF Football Trivia Game online, access the game on the website [http://www.heavy.com] ("Website") and follow the online instructions to complete registration to create a user profile which will allow you to enter the contest. Information required to register for the game show consists of your name and email address. There will be 5 unique trivia questions per game. Questions will be added on a daily basis. Scores will be determined based on the number of correct answers combined with the speed of answering the questions. Any attempted form of entry into this Football Trivia Game Show other than as described herein is void. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Secondary Prize winners will be determined by the participant earning the highest score for each week ending at 11:59:59 PM on Sunday night. The first Sunday night that a prize will be determined will be 11/08/09. Grand Prize winner will be determined by the participant who earns the highest score by the end of the contest on 12/28/09 at 11:59:59 PM.

4. PRIZES, ODDS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize is available. Eight (8) Secondary Prizes are available. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) The Ultimate Football Party Pack. provided by www.heavy.com. The Ultimate Football Party Pack will consist of a high-definition television, PS3 gaming system, surround sound system, foosball table and a kegerator. The AVR on the Grand Prize is $5,000. The Secondary Prize will awarded on a weekly basis. Secondary Prizes consist of a PS3, along with a copy of EA's Madden Football 2010. The AVR on the Secondary Prize is $400. Each prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Each prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. Entry/participation in the Trivia Game Show does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or game. Limit one (1) Grand and (1) Secondary Prize per person, household and/or email address. Each potential prize winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by email at the address provided on his/her PPF Football Trivia Game Show entry form. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner may be selected (at Sponsor's sole discretion) from all eligible PPF Football Trivia Game Show entries received.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize and Secondary prizes. No substitution of the Grand Prize or Secondary Prize is offered, except as provided herein and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor in case of unavailability of the Grand Prize or Secondary Prize, or any part thereof. No transfer or assignment of Grand Prize or Secondary Prize. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at www.heavy.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners will be notified by mail and will be required to complete, sign and return a Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible if any potential Winner notification is not received for any reason. If the Grand Prize or Secondary Prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential Winner. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize or a Secondary Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the PPF Football Trivia Game Show is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Trivia Game Show, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the PPF Football Trivia Game Show. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the PPF Football Trivia Game Show will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account. If a dispute as to the identity of an entrant cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the applicable entry will be deemed ineligible. In the event of cancellation after the PPF Football Trivia Game Show has begun, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes in a random drawing from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. By registering for this game, the entrant chooses to opt-in to receive email communications from either Buffalo Wild Wings or www.heavy.com.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes the Winner's permission for the PPF Football Trivia Game Show Parties to use the Winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the PPF Football Trivia Game Show Parties (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the PPF Football Trivia Game Show or any PPF Football Trivia Game Show-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The PPF Football Trivia Game Show Parties are not responsible or liable for technical problems or technical malfunctions arising in connection with any of the following occurrences, including, without limitation, those that may affect the operation of the game show: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email transmissions; inaccessibility of the website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the PPF Football Trivia Game Show , including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm; or destruction of any aspect of the Game Show. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the Grand Prize or a Secondary Prize or in these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Website. Use of the website is at each user's own risk. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's, entrant's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the PPF Football Trivia Game Show use of the website or the download of any information from the website. By participating in the PPF Football Trivia Game Show, each entrant thereby releases the Game Show Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the PPF Football Trivia Game Show. By accepting the Grand Prize or Secondary Prize, a Winner agrees that the PPF Football Trivia Game Show Parties, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Winner against any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the PPF Football Trivia Game Show; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize; from participation in any prize-related activity thereto which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize.
